The Tierra-Derco large self watering tray is a capillary watering tray which ensures that plants are watered automatically for up to 14 days. An inner support board (covered in capillary matting) is positioned inside the outer reservoir tray. The plants sit on the capillary matting and draw water as needed from the 2.1 gallon reservoir. The system doesn't overwater and is perfect for use in the greenhouse or as a plantsitter. Terra cotta pots work best with this system. 23-inch by 15-1/2-inch by 2-1/4-inch, 4.35 -pounds.
